Welcome to Yoga Nidra Teacher Training – Sacred Voice A training for those who long to rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and discover the healing power of their own voice. This weekend invites you into the heart of Yoga Nidra – a meditative and transformative practice that brings renewal on every level: body, mind, and soul. You will both experience the profound stillness of being guided into Yoga Nidra, and explore how to guide others from your own authentic presence. Through practice, reflection, and gentle teaching, you will: - Rest deeply and discover new layers of yourself - Learn how the nervous system responds to relaxation - Explore the art of guiding and awaken your Sacred Voice - Receive personal feedback and support in a small, intimate group This training is for yoga teachers, therapists, and space-holders who want to discover and refine their voice as a tool for guiding others – as well as for anyone simply curious to explore Yoga Nidra in depth. No previous experience is needed. After course completion you will receive a certificate!
