Expressive Breath is a 50-minute guided journey through breath, movement, and sound — designed to support grounding, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the body. Through three guided rounds of connected breathing, accompanied by live drumming and music, we awaken its natural life force. The practice supports the release of tension and holding patterns, while creating space for clarity, sensation, and embodied presence.
