Start your morning in Åre with a grounding and energizing yoga session designed to gently wake up your body and mind. Whether you’re planning a day of skiing, snowboarding, or simply exploring the winter landscape, this 60-minute class will help you increase mobility, improve circulation, and set a calm, focused tone for the day ahead. We’ll move through a gentle flow to awaken the body, followed by deep, mindful stretches to release any stiffness from the week. The class ends with a breathing exercise and relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for whatever the day brings. My friendly Australian Shepherd puppy, Sunny, will be joining the class, bringing extra warmth and joy to the space. He will do his best to stay calm.
