Dancing asana is a powerful fusion between yoga Somatic- freedance and meditation, with the intention to awaken the contact of body mind and spirit. Its infuenced by somatic, we learn through the body, and we will also release what we dont need anymore through movement. We turn down the light amd let our bodies express what they need right in this moment, my intention is that you will feel safe to be at home, in your space and body.
