Breathwork & Internal Family Systems (IFS) Session This session combines the transformative practices of Breathwork and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support healing, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation. Together, these approaches create a gentle yet powerful space to reconnect with yourself, process emotions, and cultivate greater inner harmony. Breathwork is an active meditation and somatic breathing practice that helps calm and ground the nervous system. Through conscious breathing you may experience relief from stress and anxiety, increased clarity and creativity, deeper intuition, and a greater sense of presence in your body. Breathwork can also support the processing of emotions, grief, and unresolved experiences held within the body. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you explore and understand the different parts of yourself. Rather than viewing inner conflicts as problems to fix, IFS invites curiosity and connection with the parts that carry emotions, protective patterns, and past wounds. Through this process you can access greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and healing. Each session begins with a check-in and supportive conversation, allowing us to explore what is present for you and identify your intentions. We then move into the Breathwork and IFS process, with Reiki, grounding practices and intuitive guidance woven throughout as needed. The session concludes with time for reflection, integration, and discussion of any insights that emerged. After scheduling your session, you will receive a preparation form via email with information to help you prepare for your experience. This work offers a beautiful opportunity to come home to yourself, connecting more deeply with your body, your inner wisdom, and the parts of you that are ready to be seen, understood, and healed.
