Hatha Yoga is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, and build strength and flexibility. Hatha Yoga is utilized to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempting to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is for all levels.
