For those who have completed a Beginners’ course or already have some understanding of yoga. During the course, you will gain a clear knowledge of the fundamental principles of hatha yoga and be introduced to new asanas and yogic breathing techniques along with their benefits, contraindications and proper technique. We will continue building your practice with classical yoga poses, Surya Namaskar, pranayama, and guided relaxation. You’ll also be gently introduced to the practice of Sirshasana (headstand), with clear, step-by-step support to build strength and confidence.
