Welcome to a Life Force Activation class with Ulrika Stoltz at Mywellniverse Studio. Life Force Activation (LFA) is a powerful yet gentle energy experience designed to awaken the life force within. Through guided energy transmission, music, and awareness, participants may experience deep release, inner stillness, and a heightened connection to themselves. Ulrika has many years of experience working with Life Force Activation and will guide the session in a safe and supportive space. No previous experience is needed. The session begins with a short introduction at 10:00, followed by approximately 90 minutes on the mat. After class, you are warmly invited to stay for tea and take a moment to explore our Wellniverse.
