During 6 weeks you will explore the aerial movement on the hammock - from the strengthening exercises to more advanced poses. ✨️ We will focus on the whole-body movement, incorporating mindfulness and breathing so you will feel stretched and relaxed after each class. In 6 weeks you can see improvement in your mobility and strength. Some people also experience less back pain and better posture. ❤️ Before the class: ✔️ To prepare for the class, please try not to eat anything heavy two hours before the class. ✔️ Wear comfortable, fitting clothes covering your legs and armpits, and remove all the jewelry. ✔️ Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated! To get to the Krønsj studio you need go through the gate and a small backyard. I am super excited to see you in the aerial yoga class! ✨️
