Participants will lie down in a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Music will be played and the only goal to have in mind is: surrender and receive. This safe, intelligent, and gentle energy will take care of the rest. One might feel or experience physical or mental phenomena (energetic movements, the feeling of static electricity around the body, seeing colors or shapes in the mind's eye). The online sessions are not much different to the in person classes. Some people are more comfortable to relax and receive the energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session. • Convenience: You can participate from the comfort of your own home, eliminating the need to travel to a physical location. Exploring in a place where you feel at ease is extremely important in order to fully surrender to the process. Some individuals achieve this comfortably without having people by their side (as would be the case during an in-person class). • Flexibility: Online classes may have more flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose a time that suits your routine. Access: You can attend classes from anywhere in the world, which might be particularly beneficial if there are no in-person classes available nearby. Privacy: Some individuals might feel more comfortable exploring in the privacy of their own space. • How to prepare for your virtual session: • A void alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session. • A void heavy foods 3 hours before the session. It's best to fast. If you must eat, have a light juice. • Check you have a stable Wifi • Connection. If you disconnect, you will be allowed to rejoin. • Ensure Zoom is downloaded on your laptop, tablet, or phone. • Connect speaker or wireless headphones (headphones recommend for the sound )to your device: music will be shared through Zoom. • Setup a yoga mat or blanket on the floor. • Wear comfortable clothes. Your eyes will be closed during the session, you can wear a mask if desired. • Position the camera on your device so I can see your whole body. • No peaking allowed: to respect everybody's process, if you open your eyes and watch the screen, you'll be placed in the waiting room and may need to reconnect to rejoin the session.
