LYT Yoga med Ann Lördagar kl. 9:00–9:45 Om LYT: Created by a physical therapist, LYT (Lara's Yoga Technique) is an anatomy based, functional vinyasa style yoga practice. Classes focus on maintaining "Triple S" posture, building a strong core, and moving the body in a variety of ways, efficiently and safely, based on optimal body mechanics, leading you to feel stronger, more balanced, and more energized throughout your body. Om Ann: Originally from the US (Pennsylvania), Ann has been living in Sweden since 2017 with her Swedish husband and their two daughters. In addition to her own daily yoga practice, she enjoys light weight lifting, cycling, swimming, and horse riding. Her ultimate goal in teaching yoga is for others to learn more about the mechanics of their own body and how to move in safe and secure way, to help stay injury free while also feeling stronger and motivated to stay active!
