Even when the intention is to begin anew, it can feel easy to move straight into doing, without first allowing space to arrive, breathe, and listen inward. This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause and reset. A chance to step out of the rush, reconnect with yourself, and begin the year from a place of presence, clarity, and gentle grounding rather than pressure. We begin with a soft, flowing yoga practice to awaken the body, release stagnation, and create easeful movement. From there, we slow down into yin yoga postures that support deep release, grounding, and rest. Throughout the morning, mindfulness, breath awareness, and reflective moments are woven in, helping you reconnect with what truly matters as you step into the year ahead. Her classes and courses combine movement, mindfulness, and reflection, offering a safe and welcoming space, especially for those who are new to yoga and wish to explore at their own pace.
