Find rhythm, strength, and presence through breath-led movement Welcome to a 4-week evening course in Vinyasa yoga — a dynamic and flowing yoga style uniting breath and movement together. This course is for you who want to build strength and flexibility while deepening your focus and inner connection. Each class offers a balance between energizing flow and grounding stillness. We move through creative sequences, strengthen key muscle groups, and explore transitions with awareness. You’ll also be invited to pause and reflect, with time for rest, breath, and integration. This course is open for everyone and suitable for both newer practitioners and those with some yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible or “fit” — just curious and willing to explore movement and breath with presence. What you can expect: Breath-led Vinyasa flow sequences Strength and mobility work Guided relaxation and grounding A warm and supportive space to explore your own practice About the teacher: Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and therapist-in-training in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis. She has a background in medical science and a deep interest in how movement, breath, and nervous system regulation support overall well-being. Laura’s teaching blends anatomical knowledge with a grounded, heart-centered approach — creating space for presence, strength, and inner connection on the mat.
