This class blends the philosophy, flow, and postures of yoga with the strengthening aspects of Pilates. We work on balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility, using the breath to guide soft, flowing, and empowering movements. The aim is to prevent stiffness and tension while building strength from the inside out. Pilates is an intelligent form of exercise – a system of movements designed to create a strong, supple, and well-balanced body. It approaches each individual from a holistic perspective. ​ This class will be held in English. The language is simple and easy to follow, and everyone can join – regardless of experience or whether English is your first language. Location: My Sangha Yoga Thursdays, 5:15–6:15 PM (in English) Price: 1750 SEK 8 sessions start week 4. (no class on week 9) Teacher: Sara Larsson ​​​​ Paying with Epassi/Benify? Email mysangha.yoga@gmail.com if you wish to pay through Epassi or Benify, so we can confirm that there is an available spot before you use your wellness allowance. If you do not wish to use your wellness allowance, you can make your payment directly here on the website. *Registration Policy: Your registration is personal and binding (no refunds if you are unable to attend). However, you are always welcome to make up for a missed class by joining any other class on the regular schedule, subject to availability. If the instructor is ill, we will first try to arrange a substitute, which may mean a slightly different yoga style. If no replacement is available, the class will be canceled, and the final session of the course will be postponed by one week.
