We open the day with a heart-expanding cacao ceremony, setting the energetic field together. Cacao supports you in landing in your body, softening your system, and opening your heart so you can feel more, receive more, and reconnect with your essence. From there, we move into the Kundalini transmissions. Throughout the day, you will receive two sessions — the first to open the energetic pathways, and the second, a Go Deeper Transmission, to take you further into the core of your being. When you are held in this powerful frequency for an extended time, deeper shifts naturally unfold within you. We complete the day in expansive movement, with open hearts and awakened bodies.
