NB❗️To participate in this class you need to bring your own yoga mat. In this class we will be exploring a powerful combination of kundalini energy and non-duality. Kundalini is our life force, often symbolized as a coiled serpent at the base if the spine. Non-duality means ”not two” and refers to resting as our awareness - that part of us often called the observer, the witness, or consciousness, the one observing the experience. The energy supports the release of energetic and emotional blockages, allowing it to flow freely throughout the body. During a session, as the energy is activated you may experience a range of sensations - spontaneous movements, visions, physical sensations and emotional releases. This process helps us connect deeply with our intuition, enhances our capacity to feel, and creates a sense of ”coming home”. NB! This class is not suitable for you who - Have epilepsy - Have a severe mental illness making you prone to psychosis or mania - Is pregnant in the third trimester - Is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. It is important that you consult with a healthcare professional before participating if you have any health challenges or medical history that might be affected.
