Samadhi Journey Join us for a two-hour journey weaving meditation, sound, and energetic transmission into a spacious and grounded inner exploration. Samadhi Journey is a co-created class led by three experienced guides — Pernilla, Navid, and Malee — weaving together non-dual meditation, energetic awakening, sound healing, and gentle sensory elements. This gathering offers a rare opportunity to experience the synergy of these modalities in a single, coherent journey. Each facilitator brings their own depth of practice, creating a space that is grounded, spacious, and supportive of inner exploration. Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through: Non-dual meditation - to soften identification and rest in spacious presence. Energetic awakening - supporting emotional release, inner clarity and altered states. Sound healing and aromatic elements - to invite deep rest, sensory awareness and deepen embodiment. Together, these layers create a multisensory landscape where participants may experience profound stillness, expanded consciousness, or gentle energetic shifts emerging from within. At the end of the journey, we’ll gather and share a warm cup of homemade chai — to integrate, land, and soften back into the body.
