Full moon in Aries- yoga in Vasastan

Join us in Vasastan, Stockholm for yoga, mantras, journaling and optional sharing with hot drinks and snacks. 🤍 This will be a moon flow with restorative poses to release tension in the head and neck. Well also do meditation and journaling to release, as that’s what the full moon energy is great for ✨ You’ll only need to bring your own journal, there will be yoga mats and we'll have snacks and drinks for the circle session after yoga. 🧘 As I’m marketing this on a couple of different sites and we have a limited amount of spaces, let me know by booking here or sending a DM if you want to join.
