She is currently living in Åre together with her Australian Shapherd puppy Sunny, who will also be joining our class. With a deep passion for nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and holistic well-being, Laura creates safe and nurturing spaces where movement and mindfulness come together to support your inner balance.
