We're bringing you the same experience of spending a whole weekend of yoga right into your own city. Lead by 2 international teachers and many local favourites you'll find a variety of yoga offerings all weekend long. Ticket includes: Access to all 3 days and all workshops/classes. 2 vegan meals prepared by Body Buddy Cafe. Snacks and tea provided throughout the day. Plus, 1 free week to practice yoga at A Nice Place yoga studio in Majorna. Day 1 // Friday Oct 11 This day is dedicated to getting to know those who you'll be spending the weekend with. Meet other practitioners and your instructors. We'll meet for a social gethering and keep things casual before 2 days of workshops and events. 19:00 Meet at A Nice Place yoga studio. Light snacks and drinks will be available 20:00 Meet and greet with the group 21:00 Time to rest for the weekend ahead! Day 2 // Saturday Oct 12 Today we'll get right into it! We'll start the day with a long practice to get familiar with the space, our community and our bodies. Our first energizing vinyasa practice will be followed by a mobility practice to help us prepare for the second half of the day where we will have time to practice arm balances and inversions. We'll have some time to relax and learn about the 8 limbs of yoga and then end the day with a soothing Yoga Nidra session. 9:30-11:00 Opening Vinyasa practice with Melanie Buset and Therese Eriksson 11:00-11:15 break 11:15-12:30 Mobility practice with Melanie Buset 12:30-2:00 SATSANG lunch. The stories behind the asana's with Shaan Reza Ali 2:00-4:00 Arm balancing + Handstands with Tobias Winkelmann 4:00-4:10 break 4:15-5:00 Yoga Nidra with Giulia Gregori Day 3 // Sunday Oct 13 Sunday will focus our attention more inward. We'll start the day with a slower vinyasa practice paired with breathework and kundalini kriya's. We'll incorporate the teaching from the 8 limbs of yoga and apply the stories behind the asan's to our physical practice. After lunch, we'll relax into a long yin practice followed by a crystal singing bowl soundbath. 10:00-11:00 Kundalini breathwork with Giulia Gregori 11:00-12:30 Vinyasa practice + asana storytelling with Shaan Reza Ali 12:30-1:30 lunch 1:30-2:00 Closing ceremony with Melanie Buset 2:15-3:30 Yin and sound bath with Ada Kapetanovic
