You will train your capability to hold your breath: It is useful for those wanting to improve their performance, focus and stress resilience: We combine balanced breathing with breatholds and step by step build up to longer breath holds. Before joining a virtual breathwork class, we recommend the following points: - Always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. - Find a safe, calm space where you preferably won't be disturbed (e.g: bed, sofa, floor). - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We recommend a blanket and eye mask. - Download the Zoom App software (this is the platform all virtual classes run through). - Click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone - Arrive on time to each class. Logging in late may mean your guide will not let you in" If you have any health conditions, such as epilepsy, heart conditions or if you’re pregnant.
