Your First Step into the World of Breathing. Join me for an immersive breathwork session designed to introduce you to the power of your breath. In this class, I will guide you through the fascinating evolution of breathwork, explaining its benefits and the various breathing patterns that can transform your life. I’ll also share my personal journey into breathwork — what drew me to this practice and how it has impacted my life. Together, we will explore and practice different breathing techniques to help you find what resonates best with you. Then, we’ll dive into a 30-minute breathing exercise, followed by a calming "soft landing" phase to help you gently integrate the experience. This session is perfect for beginners and anyone curious about breathwork. Take your first step into the world of conscious breathing and discover a new level of connection with yourself. 🌬️✨ Before joining a virtual breathwork class, I recommend the following points: * always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. * find a safe, calm space where You preferably won't be disturbed ( e.g: bed, sofa, floor). *wear comfortable, loose clothing. * recommend a blanket and eye mask. * download the Zoom App * click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone. * arrive on time to each class. If you have any health conditions, such as epilepsy, heart conditions or if You're pregnant, please consult with Your doctor before doing deep breathwork classes.
