Let me take you on a journey into the world of chocolate. Through guided meditation, breathwork and your own senses you can calm down your nervous system and become more present in your body. Our senses are often overstimulated and our nervous system activated. I hope that this session can give you balance and joy, as you discover a full sensory experience with chocolate. All you need to join this class is two pieces of chocolate (both pieces being the same). I’m always happy to share chocolate recommendations, but you don’t have to make it complicated today. In this class you can choose to lay down or to stay seated during the meditation and breathwork. I recommend laying down when I invite you to close your eyes, maybe with a blanket if you tend to get cold. Find a comfortable space where you won’t get disturbed (sofa, bed, floor) Put two pieces of chocolate on a plate next to you (and maybe a glass of water). Before joining a virtual breathwork class with Breathers’ Nest we recommend the following points: - Always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. - Find a safe, calm space where you preferably won't be disturbed (e.g: bed, sofa, floor). - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We recommend a blanket and eye mask. - Download the Zoom App software (this is the platform all virtual classes run through). - Click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone - Arrive on time to each class. Logging in late may mean your guide will not let you in.
