Welcome to a vinyasa yoga flow, focusing on setting a positive tone for your day. Location: Alltid Vacker Hälsostudio, Hedåsgatan 4. Please arrive 10 mins before practice starts. All levels welcome, everyone welcome. Flow will be in Swedish/English depending on participants.
