Life Force Activation

Life Force activation focuses on awakening and strengthening the inner life force that flows through all living things. As children we have a deep connection with our life energy, but as we grow older we limit this energy in various ways, either by ourselves or through the influence of others. We begin to limit our emotions and our expression. A class can help you rediscover your true self. The activation helps to release blockages in the body so that the energy can flow more freely. During a class, you lie on a mat with your eyes closed and let the energy carry you. Loud music is played throughout the session to help you reach deeper into your experience. It is common for spontaneous movements to occur or for feelings to be expressed. Common reactions include laughing, crying, screaming or singing. You may also experience inner visual images or a deep meditative state. As a facilitator, I will move around the room and work with different energy areas on and around your body. While a class can be an amazing experience, the real magic is what happens between classes. The more you dare to let go and be in your own energy, the more changes can happen in your life. Many experience strengthened intuition, reduced stress, improved sleep, increased creativity and a better ability to listen to the body's signals. You always get exactly what you need and are ready for. No prior knowledge is required, and you don't need to be spiritual or believe in anything special. All that is needed is an open mind, you’re welcome just as you are. Before class: ✨Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class to be able to land in the room before we start. ✨ Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement ✨ Avoid eating heavily about two hours before class This class is not suitable: ❗️if you has epilepsy or MS ❗️is suffering from some form of psychotic illness, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder with manic episodes. ❗️is pregnant in the third trimester ❗️are under 18 years of age All classes are completely drug-free.
