Authentic Relating - Deepening Connections -

Welcome to an evening dedicated to training your emotional intelligence through various relational exercises — so-called authentic relating! This is an opportunity to move beyond superficial small talk and instead experience human connection at depth — for real. We will create a grounded space to connect with one another in an authentic and meaningful way through conscious presence, eye contact, honesty, and authenticity. You’ll get to practice daring to be who you are — with everything that comes with it. The courage to be yourself is the key to meaningful relationships. When we stop hiding behind facades and instead share our real thoughts and feelings, we create space for genuine connection. By being authentic in our encounters, we can build stronger and more meaningful relationships.
