We come together as sisters to celebrate, liberate and rise in our true essence. And to be nurtured by the power of Sisterhood. She Rises is a half-day ceremonial gathering devoted to embodiment and feminine power. A space where women meet beyond labels, masks and armour. Where we are seen, felt and welcomed exactly as you are. Through held feminine embodiment practices, we gently and powerfully release what has been holding us back, individually and collectively. We awaken Shakti, the living life force that moves through the body, the the hips , womb and the heart. With the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, we soften, open and arrive fully in the present moment. Through devotional song and kirtan, our voices weave a shared field of presence and prayer. We hold a collective prayer ceremony in honour of all women our sisters around the world especially those who do not yet have the freedom to gather, move, speak or be seen. When the body calls , we let movement take over. Through ecstatic dance, energy is invited to rise, flow and express free, intuitive, sensual and alive. Every woman is invited to move in her own rhythm, to take space, to feel pleasure, power and truth in her body. This is where liberation happens. In the sacred space of sisterhood, through held embodiment practices, we are invited to truly see and meet one another beyond masks, roles and protection. Through authentic witnessing and being held, we begin to heal the wounds between women that have kept us separate. Because a woman backed by sisters is a powerful force. Together, we remember our strength. Together, we soften and rise. Together, we reclaim what was never meant to be lost. we remember the ancient bonds that have always connected us. Here, you are held in the knowing that you are not alone that others carry the same longing for depth, connection and authentic expression. Sister! this is not just a workshop… or an other cacao ceremony… It is a co’created activation! A remembering of What needs to be awakened and alive within us. An reclamation of what was silenced, numbed or held back. A return to the body, the voice, the pleasure, to shakti A tribe of women, in all ages meeting in truth and aliveness. She rises, Its our time to shine! 🔥💃🏽 ✨ During the day you can also enjoy: • A mini market with hand-picked creations: hand-made jewellery, beautiful dresses (including from Macra Spirit), crystals, incense and anointing oils • A café with nourishing , snacks. smoothies and hot drinks for body and soul. Glutenfree, vegan alternatives. Cafe and mini-market opens at 11.45 45min before the event starts at 12.30 Be in time to check in , settle . Come latest by 12.15 What to bring: cushion or yoga mat to fold and sit on. Waterbottle! Suggestion to: Dress up for celebration! in something you feel beautiful in, yet comfy to mowe in.
