Here you have the option to set a personal intention for your experience. After this little check-in we will go on a little walk through a beautiful forest - completely in silence with your awareness on the present moment. Our goal is a little water fall where we can sit or lay down and start our meditation. While I'm reading a dream meditation which I have written by my own, you can completely relax and discover your inner imagination. Let yourself be seduced by gentle music that blends with the sounds of nature. When you arrived back to the here and now from your imaginative journey, we start the second part of our retreat - the warming cacao ceremony. While enjoying a plant-based ceremonial cacao drink you have the opportunity to reflect what you have experienced by using your own journal.
