Through relaxation and openness, your life force energy (kundalini) naturally begins to flow, dissolving tension and expanding your awareness—even opening the door to profound states of consciousness. With gentle touch and guidance, the facilitator supports this process while allowing the energy to move freely. Music and movement enhance the experience, creating a balance between grounding and expansion while encouraging emotional release. To close, you’ll settle into a 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath, where soothing frequencies help integrate the energy shifts, calm the nervous system, and deepen your relaxation. This energy is already within you—this session simply helps awaken and harmonize it. Come as you are. No experience needed—just a willingness to receive.
