Heels Nerdery 👠 - to be announced

Presenting: Heels Nerdery 👠 This is a beginner friendly pole heels class for you who recently started to dance in platforms or are completely new to the genre. We are going to dance in a slow tempo and focus on basic steps where we really can dive into details. We will work on platform technique and strength in different warm up exercises then focus on small choreo pieces to practice flow. It’s recommended that you’ve taken some regular pole classes before and have a basic understanding of pole grips and technique. The class is open level so it’s perfect if you are new to heels but other levels are also welcome and it’s suitable for you who simply want to perfect your technique.
