Join me for a six-week vinyasa series designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, breath-led practice where movement and breath are linked together in a steady, mindful sequence. It strengthens the body, softens tension, builds mobility, and supports a deeper sense of presence. Vinyasa can be both energizing and grounding, depending on the pace and intention of the practice. Each class is 60 min long and is built around a unique weekly theme, exploring qualities like grounding, balance, flow, strength, and softening, so you can connect with your body in different ways and carry that awareness into your everyday life. We’ll move through accessible sequences that you can adapt to your own energy level, and each class ends with stillness and rest to integrate the practice. You can join the full 6-week course for a deeper journey, or drop in for a single class whenever it suits you. All levels are welcome - come as you are. About Laura Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher, certified mindfulness coach, and a qualified integrative psychotherapist (samtalsterapeut) with an academic background in medical science. She brings together mindful movement, breath, and therapeutic presence to create classes where participants can land, reconnect, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
