Välkommen till Ecstatic Dance i Gäddviksgårdens historiska sal den 29 juli. Efter fullmåneceremonin (17:20-20:30) öppnar vi rummet för en fri, nykter och intuitiv dansresa där kroppen får uttrycka, frigöra och integrera. Ecstatic Dance är en plats där du får röra dig precis som du är. Inga steg att följa. Ingen prestation. Ingen koreografi. Bara kropp, andetag, musik och närvaro. Under fullmånen i Vattumannen bjuds vi in att släppa gamla mönster, sociala masker och begränsande självbilder. Med solen i Lejonet väcks hjärtats kraft, livsglädje och modet att uttrycka sig sant. Den här dansen är för dig som längtar efter att: • komma ut ur huvudet och hem i kroppen • frigöra energi genom rörelse • dansa utan alkohol eller prestation • känna gemenskap utan att behöva prata • möta musiken som medicin • landa i frihet, lekfullhet och närvaro Musiken tar oss genom en organisk resa av rytm, puls, mjukhet, kraft, expansion och integration. Du väljer själv hur mycket eller lite du vill röra dig. Ecstatic Dance is a space where you are free to move exactly as you are. No steps to follow. No performance. No choreography. Just body, breath, music and presence. Under the Full Moon in Aquarius, we are invited to release old patterns, social masks and limiting self-images. With the Sun in Leo, the energy of the heart is awakened — joy, life force and the courage to express ourselves truthfully. This dance is for you who long to: • get out of the head and come home to the body • release energy through movement • dance without alcohol or performance • feel community without having to talk • meet music as medicine • land in freedom, playfulness and presence The music will take us through an organic journey of rhythm, pulse, softness, power, expansion and integration.
