This class is rooted in the tradition of Vinyasa yoga and guides you through sequences that strengthen the body, improve balance, and increase flexibility. The pace is slower than in more dynamic Vinyasa classes, giving you time to sense and refine every movement. The soft rhythm and mindful breathing help regulate the nervous system, fostering a sense of stability and grounding. Sequences build gradually, allowing the body to warm up step by step before moving into more complex or deeper postures. In some classes, optional elements such as personal creative reflection may be included to support emotional presence and self-connection. No previous experience needed. Just come as you are!
