Guided Mindfulness with Gentle Stretch





Take a gentle break to reconnect with your body. In this session I will combine accessible stretches with guided mindfulness, helping you release tension, reconnect with your body, and find a calm focus. Who it’s for: - Anyone feeling tense, restless, or mentally busy for a still meditation - People looking for a soft, nurturing reset. - Those who want a mindful moment without intensive yoga or complicated movement. - Anyone feeling stiff or pain as a result of chronic tension. The stretches are gentle and you decide how deep into them you would like to go. How it works: - This is a guided meditation using mindfulness to connect our minds with our bodies in an active way, but it is not a work out . The gentle and simple stretches are to create awareness to where we store tension in order to release them. - You’ll leave feeling calmer, more present, and gently refreshed.
