The start of the year can often be a time of overwhelm - a deep need to rest, paired with pressure to do more, be more, perform and rush. In nature, this moment in time invites us to presence and stillness. To move with awareness and intention. Gently nurturing our energy and choosing our intentions - not by musts and expectation, but through listening within. This is a session dedicated to using the power of the breath to bring yourself past the rational, analytical mind and the external stressors - into connection with the knowledge, energy and potential you (already) hold. The session will be facilitated in Swedish or English depending on participants. Individual guidance in either language is always available. A QUIET JOURNEY INTO OUR ESSENCE At this midpoint between winter and spring, nature is still quiet on the outside, but on the inside things are starting to come into creation. While there is no rush to bloom - as the days become lighter - possibilities start take shape. We use these two hours to welcome in new energy. Bring light to our needs and intentions and understand how we can best nourish ourselves, and prepare for spring. Our time together gives you the space to deepen your connection with you. Anchor into yourself, release things that weigh on you and create clarity on your path forward. THE STRUCTURE OF OUR SESSION - We open the session with a short introduction. - Giving space to a visualisation and individual reflection. - This is followed by a shared intention setting. For those of you new to the practice we also cover the breath practice and answer any questions you might have. - A 45-50 minute guided breath practice divided into a rhythmic breath pattern and a phase for rest and integration. - We close the session in common reflection and sharing of experiences (optional). I recommend bringing a notebook and pen along for anything you might want to write down to remember. THE GIFT OF THE BREATH This practice is an active meditation. Through tapping into a specific two-phase breath pattern, you are guided to move from your rational and analytical mind to a different state of consciousness. Supporting your nervous system to safely release tension and emotions that have kept you stagnant. The practice: - Helps develop awareness - Begins to dislodge stuck energy - Promotes clarity - Inspires creativity - Creates calm and grounding relaxation - Relieves stress and anxiety - Heightens intuition - Brings you into alignment with your body This is breath practice with a feminine feel. Steady and structured, but with the space for you to adapt and stretch into your edges and abilities in each moment. Giving you the chance to - breath by breath - create new pathways, beliefs and choices that are deeply aligned with you and your wellbeing and contentment. Nourishing not just your relationship with yourself, but also acting as a catalyst for your self-love and -compassion.
