This course is for everyone, whether you're new to meditation or want to try a new method. This is a five time private one to one session. You'll learn the basic ideas and techniques of meditation, based on traditional yoga. Classes are held in the morning, which is the best time to meditate. We'll begin with Kriyas (yogic cleansing exercises), breathing exercises, and gentle yoga poses. Then, we'll move into a guided meditation. In this course, you'll specifically learn: Breathing techniques Yogic Kriya (cleansing exercises) Mantras Basic yogic meditation techniques.
