The workshop consists of four classes, one Friday per month, each focused on a set of chakras. Classes can be booked separately on the "Times" section below. In this workshop, we’ll explore the seven main chakras and learn simple tools to balance their energy. We'll start with yoga philosophy, then move into breathwork (pranayama), asana practice (Hatha), and meditation—all with a gentle approach.
