SAUNACHILL® Fitness & Recovery Welcome to a unique experience where training meets deep recovery. We begin with 45 minutes of energizing group training with a fitness coach, built around circuit training in the gym. This session is designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, improve endurance (uthållighet), and increase mobility (rörlighet) through a variety of functional exercises. Moving through stations keeps the workout engaging, effective, and suitable for all levels—allowing you to challenge yourself while being part of a motivating group. After the workout, we transition into SAUNACHILL®—a 60-minute guided recovery journey designed to restore both body and mind. This experience includes three sauna sessions, each followed by cool exposure in between. The contrast of heat and cold supports muscle recovery, boosts circulation, and helps your body shift into a state of deep relaxation.
