Hatha can help you step in to yourself, your soul and your power. Open to all levels, we will have calm yet powerful practice that will strengthen your physical body as well the subtle. In Hatha we hold asanas (poses) for 10 - 30 breaths, sometimes longer. I find this very powerful, as it brings you right into the present moment. Your body is stronger than you think it is, so when your legs are burning and willing you to let go of your warrior pose be there in uncomfortable feeling, calm you mind and find your breath. I find this is where the magic of yoga is and it’s where suppleness is born. Class dates: 7th July 14th July 21st July 28th July 4th August 11th August 18th August Over each class we will expand as we learn more about what our bodies can do, however you can drop into any class as we aren’t following a program. Join me to release, renew, gain and grow 🌱 As a teacher, I want to guide you in finding your own magic and prana (life force). To give you confidence in your abilities, both your mind, body and spirit 💪✨ A little about me, Lucy. Since taking my first yoga instructor qualification in 2017 I’ve taught I range of different students, from athletes to older individuals wanting to loosen there muscles and strengthen their joints. I love the fun flow of a vinyasa class and the strict routine of the Ashtanga series. Last year I went India for my Hatha yoga qualification, it was so wonderful being in the home of yoga and soaking in all the accident wisdom. I now hope to pass on some of this in my classes. 🙏🧘‍♀️
