Welcome to this 45 min workout session! The sessions have different focus each time, but will always prioritize listening to the current needs of your body, breathwork, and low-impact yet high-intensive moves. We meet in the park to kickstart the week with fresh air and friends, simultaneously strengthening our bodies and our community. You can join us for free on your first try! No equipment needed.
