Welcome to this virtual breathwork session – Sunday 15 June at 19:00 A beautiful way to round off the week – leaving you both calm and energised. This session includes active breathing and breath holds, and is accessible even if you’re new to breathwork. We’ll begin with a short introduction, followed by a check-in, breathing session, relaxation, and a check-out to close. This is a donation-based class – you contribute with an amount that feels right for you. Your guide is Dino, a certified breathwork facilitator trained at Hale Centre.
