Join us for a beautiful summer evening of deep rest, inner connection, and sound healing – held at the serene Björnbacka Retreat just outside Stockholm. This carefully curated experience is led by Serena Olsen, creator of the INNERWAVES method – a sound-based journey that invites expanded awareness and a return to stillness. We begin by grounding the body and mind through a 20-minute Yoga Nidra. From there, you’ll be guided into a 70-minute INNERWAVES session – a deeply meditative state supported by frequencies, sound, and subtle energy. The evening flows into a closing Sound Journey and Gong Bath as the light softens and the space integrates. This is not just an event – it’s a ceremony.
