Working with Cacao in our Yoga practice helps us to relax our nerve system, as well as opening the blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more freely and as we breathe our active breath it is bringing more oxygen to the brain, making us feel energized, alert and attentive. Cacao is one of the only things that I have found that makes you become relaxed and energized at the same time. The only other way I found is through Yoga, so to combine these will bring you back to a balanced state of mind and Being. My teacher helped me to see clearly, to open the door to my heart, and to explore more of my true potentials where I, through inner balance, found freedom, happiness and pure joy. This is why I want to share with you the magic of Cacao & Anahata Yoga. I want to help you find that inner freedom, happiness and pure joy too.. We all need a teacher, I would love to be yours.
