We begin by slowing down together - sharing a warm, nourishing meal, settling into the space, and letting the body unwind. The evening offers space to soften: a) sauna and optional cold dip, or b) gentle breath and grounding practices We close the evening with calming herbal teas and deep rest. Saturday - A Day to Slow Down, Reconnect, and Return to Yourself Step out of your routine and into a slower rhythm, held by nature, warmth, and meaningful connection. Morning - Grounding & Connection: We begin gently with an optional walk in the forest, followed by breakfast. Together, we move into meditation, forest bathing, and a sharing circle, creating space to land, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Midday - Rest & Nourishment: Time to rest, journal, or simply be in nature before gathering for a nourishing homemade lunch with a herbal touch. Afternoon - Release & Create: We gently reawaken the body and energy after the slow and nourishing morning, allowing movement and expression to arise naturally. From here, we shift into creating, crafting herbal products to take home, a way to continue the experience beyond the retreat. Hosted by Elizabeth & Diana: Elizabeth works as a psychosynthesis therapist with a nature-based approach, helping individuals explore their inner world while reconnecting with the restorative and grounding qualities of nature. “Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to our psychological landscape that focuses on integrating all aspects of the self - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual - for personal and relational growth, supporting both individual and collective flourishing. It invites a conscious relationship with the self, others, and life as a whole.” Diana works with herbs, nature, and simple rituals, with a focus on remembering what plants and the natural world have to offer us. Her work is grounded in traditional plant knowledge and a desire to step away from the pace of modern life and return to something more natural and real. She also values creating spaces where women can connect, share, and simply be together in a more genuine way. She is currently building a small-scale herbal business in southern Sweden and deepening her work through studies in herbal and earth-based therapeutic practices.
