Let the breath heal and nourish you When you need to land into yourself after a long day or want to find deep relaxation, this class is the perfect option. We combine different breathing techniques aiming to calm down the body and mind. Let the breath nourish you. Before joining a virtual breathwork class, we recommend the following points: - Always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. - Find a safe, calm space where you preferably won't be disturbed (e.g: bed, sofa, floor). - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We recommend a blanket and eye mask. - Download the Zoom App software (this is the platform all virtual classes run through). - Click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone - Arrive on time to each class. Logging in late may mean your guide will not let you in. If you have any health conditions, such as epilepsy, heart conditions or if you’re pregnant. Please reach out to your breath guide and/or consult with your doctor before the class.
