Meditation 30 min guided City Posthuset

Join for a 30 min guided Meditation to connect to your breath, release stress, regain focus and find new perspectives. This session is held at 7A coworking at the beautiful Posthuset Vasagatan 28. Mats available. Bring a pillow or blanket if you’d like. We will be in the clock tower (photo) or the wellness room. All levels welcome.
