Ashtanga Yoga – dynamic practice with a grounding finish This class is rooted in Ashtanga yoga, a dynamic and breath-led practice that builds strength, focus, and inner heat. The sequence is adapted to the needs of the participants, allowing space for both effort and ease. 🌀 Class structure (90 minutes): 60 minutes Yang practice An active, flowing practice that strengthens the body, sharpens awareness, and energises the system. 30 minutes Yin closing A slow, grounding sequence of longer-held postures, using the warmth generated during the practice to release tension, calm the nervous system, and integrate the effects of the movement. The combination of yang followed by yin creates balance: activation followed by deep release, movement followed by stillness. This class is suitable for anyone who: -wants to experience Ashtanga in an accessible and responsive way -is looking for a complete practice that balances strength and softness ✨ Come as you are — the practice will meet you where you are.
