A deeply restorative sound experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset – together. Each group session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. You’ll be invited to settle into stillness, supported by props for comfort. Each session is guided by a theme – sometimes new, sometimes revisited – offering space for intention, reflection, and emotional grounding. Tea and water is offered to ease you in and out of the experience. Come as you are.
