Have you ever seen a toddler crying for no clear reason? They’re fed, their diaper is changed, everything seems fine, but they’re simply exhausted and overstimulated. Then a calm, peaceful, grounded parent steps in, letting the child release everything, and finally holding them in a safe and supportive embrace. The child relaxes and rests because someone strong is there to hold the space. Sandra’s class felt exactly like that moment. It gave me a safe, calm space to let it out and rest for a while without me knowing how much I needed it.
