Start your day by connecting with yourself 🧡 This 20 minute yoga class will give you a fresh start of the week, helping you to feel centered and calm for the day and the week ahead. We will focus on self-compassion and calming down the nervous system. Show up as you are, wherever you are, on your mat / towel / floor. You don’t need any special equipmemt with you. If you’d like to and have access to - some pillows and a blanket can be nice to have.
